1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the uuok9 website accessible at uuok9.io, including all pages, sub-pages, casino games, sportsbook markets, account dashboards, and associated mobile interfaces.
• "uuok9" means the operator of the Platform and the entity with which the Player enters into this agreement.
• "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and is using the Platform's services.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the uuok9 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and uuok9.

These Terms are supplemented by the uuok9 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion terms issued from time to time. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

uuok9 reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The uuok9 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. This age restriction applies regardless of the local legal minimum gambling age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

3.2 Identity and Residency

You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration. uuok9 may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by uuok9 may result in suspension or closure of your Account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — including accounts opened using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. uuok9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings.

3.4 Exclusions

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on uuok9:

• Individuals under the age of 21;
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from uuok9 or any affiliated platform;
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of uuok9 or its group companies, and their immediate family members;
• Individuals residing in Prohibited Territories;
• Individuals who uuok9 has determined pose an unacceptable risk of harm or fraud to the Platform or other players.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the uuok9 Platform's paid services, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the registration form. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must notify uuok9 promptly if any of your registered details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. uuok9 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password and enable any two-factor authentication options offered on the Platform.

uuok9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify uuok9 immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting uuok9 support. Before processing a closure request, uuok9 may require identity verification. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course prior to closure. Bonus Funds remaining in a closed account are forfeited.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Approved Methods

uuok9 accepts deposits via the following Approved Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. uuok9 does not impose a standard maximum deposit cap, although individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account wallet immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours to reflect, depending on the processing schedules of the originating institution.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. uuok9 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment source not registered to the Account holder may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the uuok9 Account. Before processing any withdrawal request, uuok9 may require the Player to complete identity verification, including provision of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

uuok9 targets the following processing timelines for withdrawal requests:

• bKash and Nagad: One to three hours under normal operating conditions;
• Rocket and Upay: One to six hours under normal operating conditions;
• Bank transfer: Same business day to one business day;
• During periods of high demand, public holidays, or where verification is required, processing times may be extended. uuok9 will communicate estimated delays to affected Players.

6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement in full are eligible for withdrawal. The withdrawal of Real Money Funds is not subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion's terms.

6.4 Withdrawal Refusal

uuok9 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request or place a hold on Account Funds where: (a) identity verification is incomplete; (b) the Account is under investigation for potential breach of these Terms; (c) the withdrawal is suspected to form part of fraudulent or money-laundering activity; or (d) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Player or their payment provider.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by uuok9 are subject to these Terms and any additional specific conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (such as live dealer tables or specific slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards the wagering requirement. 7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Any unused Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds that have not met the Wagering Requirement by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

uuok9 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using automated strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; deliberately placing low-risk bets (such as simultaneous bets on opposing outcomes) to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Where bonus abuse is detected, uuok9 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings and to close the Account.

7.5 Amendments to Promotions

uuok9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion, bonus, or offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified after a Player has already opted in, uuok9 will give reasonable advance notice where practicable and will honour any Bonus Funds already credited at the time of the amendment.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Rules

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing a bet or wager. uuok9 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game mechanics or rules.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per bet type. 8.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session, uuok9 will use all commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and, where possible, restore the Player's position to the state it was in immediately before the failure occurred. Where this is not possible, uuok9's decision on the outcome of the affected game round shall be final and binding. uuok9 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, player-side device failures, or third-party platform disruptions.

8.5 RNG Certification

9 Prohibited Conduct

10 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to uuok9 or its partners.

14 Amendments to These Terms

uuok9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, uuok9 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Players via their registered email address.

The effective date of the most current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
